Native 3

With a black fiberglass nylon handle that is molded three-dimensionally, it fills the hand offering uncommon ergonomic comfort. A cluster of textured spots and hollows provide positioning points for the fingers and palm, affording serious gripping potential. Tapered to a spear-point shape, the blade is made of a high-carbon, moly steel called VG-10 and is 3-1/8" (79mm) long. A swedge grind at the top of the blade lessens overall weight and sleekly accomodates the one-hand-open hole. Textured ridges (much like non-sharpened serrations) run along the blade's spine holding the thumb slip-resistant during cutting. To accomodate both left/right handed users there's a contoured reversible wire clip. A Boye Detent cutout in the lock release is an additional safety feature (for those who can grip the knife hard enough to inadvertently release the blade lock during use).
