Starling ~ BY12BBK The Byrd line’s smallest lightweight folder is the Starling. It is engineered to yield maximum cutting performance with a blade under two-inches. The Starling combines several features designed to elevate ergonomics and create purchase in the hand. The inclusion of jimping (texturing) along the spine and the thumb hole in the blade for one hand opening let you wrap your hand around the folder gaining remarkable control and precision over the cutting edge. Made from FRN (fibreglass reinforced nylon) the handle as a back lock is positioned midway on the spine to facilitate one hand closing.
