Safariland #D-SL6280 Safariland Mid Ride Holster The Model 6280 Duty Holster is a level II retention holster utilising Safarilands Self Locking System (SLS) which allows for a smoother single draw and greater protection against attempted weapon take-aways. The hood can only be released by being simultaneously pushed and rotated forward, and actually becomes more secure when upwards forced is applied. It is also far less likely to release accidentally like some other conventional thump break snaps all of which make it a style popular with Police forces and a personal choice of many individual officers. The 6280 also features a tensioning device, moulded sight track and Safari-Suede lining to protect the guns sights & finish, comes complete with the Universal Belt Loop (UBL) which will stabilize the holster on any duty belt.
